Cancellation Policy.

At Athens Meeting Rooms, we aim to provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness in how we manage our event schedule.

To help both our clients and our team plan effectively, we have set the following cancellation policy:

1. 4+ days notice

Full refund (100%) of all amounts paid

2. 72 hours notice

50% refund of all amounts paid

3. 48 hours or less notice

No refund.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (including but not limited to strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or power outages), Athens Meeting Rooms may cancel or reschedule the event without liability.

In such cases, the Client can receive a full refund of any payments made, or reschedule their Meeting.
